Betula Patio/In House Policies
To ensure a safe service we are making sure our service staff is always wearing a mask.
ALL guests must wear a mask when entering the restaurant OR patio. If refusing to wear a mask, you will be denied entry.
Our kitchen staff is trained and have certifications to ensure safe food handling.
Tables will be set up 6 feet apart to ensure proper social distancing for the guests and staff.
When you check into your reservation, you and your group will have to enter the restaurant.
We will allow each reservation or walk-in 90 minutes to enjoy your time with us. When coming to Betula, we will be taking down your name, phone number and email in the event of a health issue.
At this time, we will only be allowing a maximum of 4 people per reservation outside. This number includes children.
We will allow a group of 8 in our garden room
With the maximum reservation being 4 people, we will not split larger groups amongst tables.
Takeout will be available. Our curbside window is still in use. You are welcome to pay inside the restaurant or at the curbside window. You will not be able to wait for your food within the restaurant at this time.
We will allow multiple payments per table as the debit machine is sanitized between each table. No cash will be accepted at this time.
If using our bathrooms, you will be required to wear a mask to enter the facility. Please follow the arrows to the bathrooms. Our basement bathrooms are now fully functional to help with social distancing throughout the restaurant.
In the event or chance of rain, we will call you and your party and ask if you would like to dine in the restaurant oppose to the patio. If you and your party are not comfortable dining inside yet, we are more than happy to reschedule your reservation.
