Our private room is perfect for more intimate gatherings and can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. If you're looking for a larger space, our full restaurant can hold up to 60 people.
Please note that there are fees included for renting out the full restaurant.

We encourage decorations to make your event feel special, but we kindly request that glitter, confetti, and feathers are not used.

We have a specially curated events menus available, but we can also customize menus to help with any dietary restrictions, allergies, or particular cravings.

Q. How many guests does your space accommodate?
A. Our garden room seats 30 people comfortably, and the full restaurant seats up to 60 people.

Q. How far in advance should we book?
A. It's never too late! However to ensure we can accommodate your needs, we recommend sending us your final number of guests, menu of choice, and date/time ready 1 week ahead.

Q. How do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
A. Our events menu has many options that are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. We are also happy to mix and match items to sort out the best menu possible for your party. Please let us know what allergies or dietary restrictions to be aware of and we will adjust to your liking.

Q. Can I decorate?
A. You are welcome to bring decorations and set them up as you please, but we ask that you leave glitter, confetti, and feathers at home.

Q. What audiovisual services are provided?
A. We have a speaker system in the garden room that can link to Spotify playlists easily. You can send us a link of your Spotify playlist of choice and we will play it for you.

Q. Where can we park?
A. Betula has a parking lot on the southeast side of the restaurant, and there are spaces on the street without parking meters.

Q. How do I book the garden room?
A. Please reach out to us over email and we will start preparing for your party. You are confirmed when we have a date and time, number of guests, menu of choice, and a deposit for $10/person that will be applied to your final bill.

Q. What is the minimum spend?
A. This varies depending on the date and time of your event. Please consult the following table to find your perfect time.

Q. How does the minimum spend work?
A. The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party costs. If food and drink costs do not reach the minimum amount, a rental fee for the difference will be applied. If food and drink costs reach the minimum, there is no additional fee on your bill.

Q. Is the full restaurant available to be rented?
A. Absolutely, there is a rental fee applied to the bill based on the date and time.
